## Frequently asked questions

### Can my clients keep their own access?

Yes. Each store keeps its embedded app in Shopify or WooCommerce. The agency account adds a layer across stores; it does not replace the merchant’s access.

### Can I put my logo on the reports?

Reports carry your agency name today. Logo and colors are part of the console work in progress.

### How do I get an agency account during early access?

Write to us through the contact page with the stores you manage. We set up the account and attach the stores with you, by email.
