One core, every platform

Convrail is built as a platform-agnostic core with thin connectors. Shopify and WooCommerce are fully supported today with identical tracking, feed and attribution. BigCommerce and Wix connect through the authenticated API bridge while their native apps are built. PrestaShop is planned. Custom stores can use the bridge directly.

What parity means here

Every connector feeds the same pipeline. Normalization, hashing, the anti-leak guard, batching to the Conversions API, feed validation and export, attribution rules and alerts are written once, in shared packages, and tested against payload fixtures from each platform. A rule fixed for Shopify is fixed for WooCommerce in the same release.

The API bridge

The bridge is how platforms without a native app connect. A store registers once and receives a token scoped to its platform. Products and orders are then posted to /bridge/<platform>/... endpoints, mapped by the platform adapter into the same internal model Shopify uses. Registration is rate-limited to prevent abuse, and every payload is validated before it is stored.

Frequently asked questions

Is WooCommerce a second-class citizen?

No. The WooCommerce plugin sends the same events and catalog data through the bridge, and the platform does the same validation, batching and attribution. Parity is checked by automated tests on both connectors.

When will BigCommerce and Wix apps be available?

The data mappings for both are done and tested. The remaining work is the marketplace apps themselves (OAuth, storefront script, listing). We do not publish dates we cannot hold; the bridge is available now for stores that want to start.

Can I connect a headless or custom store?

Yes, through the bridge: register the store to get a token, load the pixel snippet on your storefront, and post orders and products to the bridge endpoints from your backend.
